• Verification Documents: Aadhaar proof, academic marksheets, entrance scorecards, and PAN card copies uploaded for common college admission applications.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, colleges shortlisted or compared, applications started, and preferences (location, fee range, study-abroad interest, loan requirement).
• Communication Records: Enquiry form submissions, WhatsApp counselling requests, and call-back requests.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide personalized college recommendations, rank predictions, and admission guidance.
• Facilitate the common application form (CAF) submission to educational institutions on your behalf.
• Connect you with verified academic counsellors via phone, WhatsApp, or email with your consent.
• Maintain your application lifecycle and audit trail for counselling sessions.
• Improve our recommendation algorithms, platform features, and user experience.

Your profile data is stored securely in our cloud databases (third-party infrastructure providers) with access restricted to authorized EduXTech staff and your assigned counsellors. Uploaded verification documents are treated as confidential and are only used for admission and verification processes. We employ industry-standard encryption (including TLS in transit and secure storage at rest) and review access controls on a regular basis.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only:

• With your consent, with partner educational institutions for admission processing under the CAF.
• With trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) that agree to process data in line with this policy.
